Basically, i've a great business model that’s working now - it’s given me time, money and site freedom.

This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it absolutely was far more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days on the streets with the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle as if you are short of time, money, resources, just by getting shit done.
One “hack” which i experience myself - is making a a feeling of urgency and gathering i believe the worst thing that can happen easily don’t have this shit done.
The harder intensity you can have within yourself, your business that pressure drives you to definitely either experience a level of friction or fulfillment, in either case it adds fuel towards the hustling power.
To persistence, your level of persistence when shit doesn’t exercise determines how far you go, there's really absolutely no way you are able to accept failure and quit, i have failed 10x a lot more than i've succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to tell how often you fail, but i’ll inform you now each and every successful entrepreneur i have met didn't work more times compared to they have won, the’ve lost more cash compared to they usually make…
Hustling needs to be part of your daily life, i used to be very blessed yet still am being encompassed by people who have supported me, which includes also increased me believing in myself more. On one occasion i was speaking to a buddy / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a problem) and i remember just hearing him complimenting in my hustle and i could sense in himself that he believes with what i’m doing. (At that time, i never even met him in person!)

Having the right people who are around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you're doing the right thing, at the proper time.
Attaining success might not be easy, especially when you might be new and beginning, it will take a lot of dedication, focus, attention and also you must be a person that is dependant on self growth. Doing work TWICE as harder on myself, in my mind i quickly do in my business.
Mindset to approaching things is more important than just the way you get it done, mindset results in creating a strategic mindset where you can harness your distinct capability to create maximum results.
Success can be a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster but yet a lot of people won't ever get it, well you may do, cos you might be reading my damn post.

Once i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally came across started on this industry i'd more setbacks than many people, i'd dropped outta university within my final year, friends and family laughing at the fact that i wish to get wealthy working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 valuation on debt while i bought into a $20k multilevel marketing program then continued a rampage of shopping for every-and-any-damn course on the internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your level of pain threshold determines your success since it means you won't be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
The first 6 figures is going to be tough. The first 7 figures will be tough. A 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm heading for now, however use a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i will be. A few of my challenges i face are only so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people wouldn't normally be also in a position to understand it, but i use a compelling “Why” plus a vision which gets me thru the tough times. Be sure to have your own personal compelling future which will drive you forward even when you think all just isn't working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t build your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does such a thing exist, when i actually do live events and people come up to me, instantly they put me on the pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even said to me i’m just like a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on a pedestal. What you placed on a pedestal is usually going to be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Since they're just people
Simply because people have several things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they may be supposed to be placed on something out of this world, they may be still on this planet, and it’s easy for you too. When i meet immensely successful people i quickly just determine i want what they've got, i recently gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this entire thing is simply a journey, your trip, my journey, many people are on a journey, i respect everyone, not only a millionaire or a billionaire nevertheless the guy who got pitched by his uncle to join Amway, or another MLM and is also attempting to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the very center to step into the fierce arena of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down on anyone, unless they're shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m just like my amazing maid which comes to my house having a beautiful smile to completely clean once a week, i recently do something more important, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i'm still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i doing it, everything that stuff.
You might be going to become human, therefore you will always possess some shit not exercise, for me last Half a year was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my opportunity and my vision.
That’s what life is.
Working with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My entire life is not dictated due to the fact much money i make or the desire to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, the ability to hand back - i wish to begin to build schools to aid orphans, i do some things like that, but it’s insufficient i wish to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you're one of these this bit of wisdom has been tied to me for a long time.
As long as I am learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I know I’m wherever I need to be.
Money is just one element of one’s life company, it’s important - although not the most important, well that’s debatable according to your own values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Concentrate on gaining momentum, yes - you will find programs, systems which can help you get results within 30-90 days, but not it will take you longer, so bloody stick with it.
Success isn't something just get up and get, it’s something you need to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they have problems with obligations and therefore are usually broke and short of money, which leads to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for just about any business to gain momentum, but remember we have spent more money on my own education to understand what i do compared to average person will likely earn inside a lifetime.
This can be one of the biggest killers of success and i'm responsible for it too, now i just don’t do anything whatsoever else basically can’t commit 90+ days into it.
Lesson 4 : The Art Of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Per Month Spending Habit
It’s don't assume all dandy-candy, Once you get the puzzles nailed down and You’ll start making plenty of cash when you get momentum - yes, more money than you ever made before….
More money than your entire family, friends, cousins, relatives assembled - once you do that, or can i say before you do that, you have to ALWAYS know this….
Always know the among Gross, Net and how much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone of up to $200,000 a month.
It’s scary, in the beginning it is - then you definitely get accustomed to it - as well as the only stuff that matters is keeping that cash.
I’m learning a great deal about this now.
There’s a skill of having Money and more importantly KEEPING IT. It’s an easy task to get a spending outta control, once you seem like you possess an unlimited budget, and you're simply untouchable.
Yes, i personally believed that for some time. Making more millions than in the past, i thought i really could just sit on my ass for 6 months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - the 2 dirty sabotages of success…
I figured i’d never get lazy, and that i did also it require me to pay thousands and thousands of dollars in cash.

Luckily i've got a mind will be able to process certain things very fast, like setbacks and challenges, and in a day, i had been regarding this. Gratitude opens the center and prayer relives anxiety and worry for me personally.

I needed just found out recently i was spending $30,000 each month / £20,000 monthly on stuff, stuff i've nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and that i don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
we have not a clue why i was spending that, or how it accumulated so far, after Half a year of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i obtained slapped up and woken up. Forget about.
I don’t like budgeting since it kinda defies the aim of why i’m in operation, however i see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now the situation is changing
It can add up and can be detrimental to ones success, one time i was a newbie and i had made my first six figures - the first a couple of years the cash i'd made,i had blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) during my Barclays Bank-account. That sucked.
I remember thinking though - i’ll get this to back plus more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i know how to market.
Still, one year later used to do like a million bucks in sales.
All in all, i will be still studying keeping money, investing etc. It’s a brand new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Create a Group of A-Players & Get Yourself An accountant los angeles
That jogs my memory, on the topic of getting money, hire competent individuals who can manage your numbers, you need to often be looking at your numbers, every day - many times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and creating a team provides you with freedom, but in addition a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems when they aren’t the right person and if you aren’t the right kind of person to manage them.
Ultimately Delegation continues to be among my biggest techniques to success, over a typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.

Concentrate on running a lean, mean profit machine. Cut fat deposits off and focus on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing along with your target audience.
I really do gotta add that you must also be about the advantages with the law
My friend Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories therefore i went and hired a solid-accountant to assist you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
These things are Should do - you’ll start growing really fast and subsequently thing you know, you gotta deal with employee payroll and shit, it can get messy.
I’ve lost a lot of money when this, plus it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. You live and learn.
Maybe i’ll share that at a later date.
But i’m alive, i have a chance to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and really everyday above ground is success for me, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Create A Personality That’ll Offer you Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
More and more i’m since the Internet Marketing, business market is being more personal effortlessly this social media marketing stuff, you now have the ability to make your own personal tribe (more for the reason that somewhat later)
Use your personality to improve online conversions, to draw in compatible people, to develop your own tribe and cultivate them, enable them to succeed…
Develop yourself right into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor in your marketplace.
Add some personality - learn who to share with stories, if you aren’t funny, then learn to be funny, for those who have crooked teeth, then get the teeth fixed, in case you are boring, learn how to be intriguing and being INTERESTED in others.
They're all items of advice i either paid to learn, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
I see people start and get noticed of the industry, well i did previously when i paid attention to other folks, lol, now i truly don’t much. Attention remains safe and secure therefore i stay focused on who i'd like / must serve.
As a personality on the web is something i learned from Dan Kennedy in the past.
Present with folks is magical, whether its online or offline, practice being PRESENT and in the minute which means - leave the damn Facebook and social networking and acquire practising being present, the most effective relationships which i have built and continue building is because i will be always as being a TED rather than a THING (because of Jesse Elder for teaching this piece of wisdom to me!)
Concentrate on being interesTED in others, than wanting to be intriguing and provide your attention, presence and to others whenever you communicate, it’s hard, but very worthwhile, especially if you get this amazing ego. just FYI
When you practise in the moment together with your prospects, clients and students, you experience a deeper degree of empathy that they'll really appreciate. Business grows really fast when you are this. Lesson 7 : Pigs Don’t Know They Stink & Pigs Don’t Fly Too..
Put around you people you would like to be like. This might be the most valuable words of advice i ever got, you feel the average with the 5 people you have.
This is actually the fastest way to get the outcomes you need, right now i've got a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends that are doing pretty well for their own reasons.
I would like a business like theirs - so i surround myself with them. I would like to avoid costly mistakes, so i surround myself together.
Once you think that you are hitting a roadblock, work with a mentor, a coach, a specialist, i’ve been achieving this shit for soo several years, it blows my thoughts - that a lot of people don’t take action.
This is one of my top biggest secrets man. I simply pay for shit i would like to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know that” - well if you did, then why aren’t you in which you wish to be…
You’ll always be learning, and so i embrace this along time ago. As opposed to going thru courses and programs and training (that we still do btw) i've found owners and masters of topics i would like to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
After which that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Taught me to be Rich
Spend time alone. Spend some time in solitude allows you to reboot/restart your brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again in your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO enough time alone, i don’t find many individuals accomplish that. And when i’m alone i might often walk as much as random strangers, usually elderly people and talk to them, provide them with attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to tell me.
It can make life easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t lengthy mind and brain the opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone on your own without distractions provides you with the opportunity to clear your brain, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively plus more efficiently. Damn, think about this - this website post has taken me like 3 hours to create and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending some time alone can be a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I know because a lot of men and women always let me know - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Ever since i travel the planet 90% of times on my own, i can meet strangers, i've confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any given time so i don’t must be lonely basically don’t wish to.
And incredibly i love my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Hanging out alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet as well as in “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, that's where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, a minimum of for me anyway.

I am going Mosque around i will, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll have a prayer mat and pray - in my college accommodation.
However i always spend time in deep prayer.
When i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in your life - i really do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i always do spend some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and obtain my mojo on

Purchase a simple or even a fancy journal using a fancy pen, go spend $50 on a pen and take pride in writing about your daily life, your challenges, your goals, visions, and dreams. Your life worth living can be a life worth recording.

But these are simply people and i appreciate, respect the things they're doing and where they may be at, but that don’t mean i’m any small compared to them. Once you come from that place in which you own your greatness and you're simply in deep appreciation of what you are without all of the “stuff”….

Once i started deciding that i is going to do what i want on this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than anyone else, altered the landscape for several aspects and helped many individuals have more results compared to anything else.

Hire ONLY A Players, that old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is exactly what you need to live and eat.
We have probably made more mistakes than i will count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and the team during this process, some won’t be growing as fast as you, provide them with time, nurture them which help them grow and when it’s time - then you can grow apart or you can keep them on.
Although i've generated huge amounts of money within this sell for myself, i can tell you i’ve probably lost more as a result of hiring a bad people. I have endured a number of anxiety, craziness, worry because of the wrong individuals who i've hired and i’ve hired many.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is to Recruit Talent, rather than just Developing it.
You merely gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning a lot more about building teams, i am talking about i still generated around $5 Million in sales during the last 4-5 years using a microscopic team - under 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they'll aid you in getting to stage 2. This is hard to get, people will not grow as soon as you, and you have to become ok with that, you gotta be ok with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Over the next 5-7 years, I wish to build various businesses and become in the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

I value time a great deal, where i don’t prefer to waste it on anything that doesn’t fulfil me.

Irrrve never will be one of those people who says, oh i will have spent more time with my children. After travelling alot, i’ve seen a lot of people just aren’t in “touch” with their families, their siblings therefore i designed a very conscious decision to be devoted to be with my family, serve them well. I’m very grateful for the kids.
Even very little on this planet, my loved ones provides me with so much richness and joy.
